Vineyards, rolling landscapes, beautiful beaches, olive groves, art cities full of medieval and renaissance architectural and art treasures: Tuscany is one of the most romantic regions in Italy and would be a perfect backdrop for your Special Italian Wedding!

Tuscany is considered the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance, and its artistic heritage includes architecture, painting and sculpture collected in dozens of museums in towns and cities across the region.
Tuscany was the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci and Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language. With pilgrims traveling along the Via Francigena road between Rome and France came wealth and development during the medieval period. The food and shelter needed by these travelers fuelled the growth of new communities around churches and taverns. The conflict between the Guelph and Ghibellines, factions supporting, respectively, the Pope and the Holy Roman Empire in central and northern Italy during the 12th and 13th centuries, split the Tuscan people.
