Santa Marinella is a charming beach resort, also internationally known by surfers, about a 40 minute train ride or a 40 minute drive northwest of Rome. While you celebrate your wedding and honeymoon in Santa Marinella, there are many activities to engage in. Santa Severa, a subdivision of Santa Marinella, is home to another ancient castle on the sea where also civil weddings can be performed outdoors  in the gardens inside this magnificent Castle on the sea.S ince a mild climate is enjoyed in the Santa Marinella seaside, it is considered a year-round holiday destination.
